The ICU has a structured visiting hours policy as stated in this booklet. Do not feel you have available at every moment. A trained medical team is caring for your loved one and will inform you with any significant changes. You may be asked wait in the waiting room before visiting hour to enable procedures and treatment to occur.
Monday – Sunday
12 noon till 2 pm
5 pm till 8 pm
Public Holiday
12 noon till 3 pm
5 pm till 8 pm
Children under the age of 12 may not be permitted to visit. Two visitors per patient may visit at one time.
To enter the ICU, please press the call bell at the entrance of the unit. Please wear your visitor’s card at all times when you are on the unit. You can pick up a visitor’s card from the security guard at ICU entrance.
